Shack Shine Barrie is an independently owned and operated franchisee of the Shack Shine franchise system, operated by Shine Bros Inc. This website is not the website of the national Shack Shine franchisor or the O2E Brands corporate group, and nothing on this site should be read as creating any relationship between you and those entities. Shack Shine is part of the O2E Brands family of home-service companies.

Our "Book Now" and quote buttons link to Shack Shine's official online booking system, which is operated by the franchisor and its booking/CRM provider. When you use that portal, you are subject to its terms, pricing, and scheduling processes, which route your request to our local franchise based on your postal code. Final service availability, pricing, scheduling, and scope are confirmed through that booking process or directly with our local team.

We provide exterior home cleaning services including window cleaning, house washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, and seasonal holiday lighting. The specific services available to your property are confirmed at booking and may depend on your location, property characteristics, and seasonal conditions.

Service details, availability, and turnaround times depend on your property, the services requested, weather conditions, and seasonal demand. We do not guarantee specific results, completion times, or pricing through this website; those are confirmed through the booking process or with our local team. Some communities we list are pending franchise coverage verification and may not yet be confirmed service areas.

Any customer reviews or testimonials shown on this site reflect genuine feedback on file for Shack Shine Barrie; we do not guarantee identical results for every property. Before-and-after images, where shown, are illustrative and may not represent your specific results.

Consistent with the Shack Shine service process, payment is collected after the scheduled work is completed, unless otherwise agreed. Specific pricing, deposits, and payment methods are confirmed through the booking process or directly with our team.

By providing your mobile number and, where offered, opting in to SMS text messaging, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Shack Shine Barrie (Shine Bros Inc) to the mobile number you provide. These terms apply to our SMS messaging program in connection with A2P 10DLC messaging under applicable carrier and messaging provider rules.

• Types of messages: Transactional messages may include appointment requests, booking confirmations, scheduling reminders, and service updates. With your separate opt-in consent, we may also send promotional and marketing messages about offers and seasonal services.
• Message frequency: Varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed in connection with your appointment. Optional marketing messages are typically limited to approximately 4 (four) messages per month.
• Message & data rates may apply: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you receive from us.
• Sending number: Messages may be sent from (705) 702-5980 or another number associated with our local franchise.
• No purchase required: Providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS is not required to purchase goods or services from us.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any marketing SMS message to cancel. You may also text STOP to our number at any time to opt out of marketing messages.
• To get help: Reply HELP to any SMS message, or contact us at barrie@shackshine.com or (705) 702-5980.
• Eligibility: You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are at least the age of majority in your province of residence. SMS messaging is intended for use within Canada.

Opting out of marketing messages does not cancel transactional messages related to an active or pending appointment. To stop all messages, you may withdraw consent and request removal of your number by contacting us at barrie@shackshine.com.
